Zeroth Group

Zeroth is a Brisbane-based consultancy that designs and implements operational systems for Australian professional services firms. Its services focus on software configuration, automation and the practical use of AI where it supports business needs.

The organisation works with small and medium-sized firms across:

• real estate
• accounting
• finance broking
• HR consulting and recruitment
• engineering and asset-management consulting.

Zeroth works primarily with principals and managing directors seeking operational improvements. It builds solutions using tools clients already use, including Microsoft 365, Xero, customer relationship management (CRM) systems and document management platforms. Clients retain ownership of the configuration, integrations and documentation and can manage and extend the systems independently.

The organisation provides advice on the appropriate use of AI and identifies where process improvements or better use of existing software may be more effective. Each engagement begins with a structured assessment of current operations and recommendations based on the findings.
