TenderPilot is a South Australian, majority female-owned startup helping small and medium businesses win more government contracts. The platform combines over 40 years of procurement expertise with advanced AI to simplify tendering for SMEs.

TenderPilot is the only AI platform trained on real Australian government procurement rules, evaluation models and SME participation policies. It automates tender analysis, compliance checking, bid writing and pre-evaluation. SMEs can reduce bid preparation effort by 75 per cent and improve win rates by up to 50 per cent.

The platform works in three keyways:

TenderPilot is purpose-built for SMEs bidding into Australia’s federal, state, local and defence procurement markets. Each customer has a secure, isolated AI environment. No client data is used for model training.
