The team tests ordinary tasks and failure cases, compares results against an agreed baseline, and includes human review time. It then documents responsibilities, exceptions, handover arrangements and how to pause the workflow.

Before implementation, TechGuider agrees access requirements, suitable data, review points and handover arrangements. AI can produce incorrect or incomplete output, so people remain responsible for consequential decisions, professional advice and approval of external actions. Delivery arrangements, scope, implementation, ongoing support and fees are agreed as part of each engagement.
