Southern Sky AI provides structured guidance for maritime leaders adopting artificial intelligence.

Founded by Kristina Agustin, the practice works with leadership teams across commercial maritime, superyacht operations and professional services. We support structured AI adoption by helping organisations understand AI clearly, set documented direction and move forward at a pace aligned to operational reality.

Kristina brings more than 20 years of international maritime operational experience, a legal background in risk and governance, and formal AI credentials. These include AWS Certified AI Practitioner, IWAI Certified AI Consultant, CPD Certified AI Trainer, UC Berkeley Executive Education in AI Strategy, and a Master of Artificial Intelligence in progress at the University of New England.

Southern Sky AI delivers its work through three structured pathways:

• Academy - provides practical AI education for maritime crew, shoreside professionals and independent learners. Programs are CPD‑certified and available in cohort and on‑demand formats.
• Compass - supports maritime leadership teams through a two‑stage engagement. Compass AI Blueprint delivers a readiness assessment, risk mapping, policy framework and phased adoption roadmap, documented in a secure client portal. Compass AI Navigator provides ongoing structured guidance as AI evolves.
• Command - delivers executive AI infrastructure for organisations participating in Compass AI Navigator. This includes curated intelligence, institutional memory and structured analysis aligned to organisational context.

All engagements are structured, sequenced and documented. Southern Sky AI supports maritime leadership teams to make deliberate, well‑documented AI decisions with continuity of thinking over time.
