Pretty Agile is an Australian‑owned consultancy that helps leaders design systems and ways of working that enable people to do effective and sustainable work.

We are Australia’s longest‑running SAFe partner and one of the first AI‑native charter partners. Our work focuses on enablement, not dependency. We support organisations to adopt, operate and evolve SAFe and AI‑native practices so they can run these systems independently over time.

Our clients are senior executives and transformation leaders in medium to large organisations, including government, health and education. We work at the level where problems are created: decision‑making, structures, constraints and operating models.

Our AI‑native work focuses on how AI changes decision‑making, ways of working and system design, rather than tools or automation alone. We emphasise responsible use, clear governance and practical application in real organisational contexts.

We do not treat training as transformation. Training supports broader system change, with clear ownership and transition plans in place.
