My Command Centre

CanTicket Pty Ltd is an Australian software company based in regional New South Wales. The organisation developed My Command Centre to help small and medium businesses adopt and use AI effectively.
My Command Centre provides:

• a team of AI agents that support marketing and day-to-day business operations
• an AI board that assists owners with business decisions across finance, risk and governance, revenue, growth, customer experience, operations, product and AI.

The platform allows customers to use their preferred AI provider by bringing their own AI key, selecting their preferred model and changing providers without rebuilding their systems. Customer data is stored in a dedicated database hosted in Sydney.

CanTicket built My Command Centre from experience running a marketing agency and uses the platform within its own operations. The organisation works with businesses to implement and manage AI, rather than providing software without ongoing support.

Implementation begins with a guided onboarding process that captures information about the business, including customers, products and services, pricing, brand voice and communication preferences. This information is used to build a company knowledge base that helps AI agents produce work aligned to the business.

The platform can integrate with existing business systems, including:

• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Xero
• GoHighLevel
• Meta
• Google Workspace
• Microsoft 365.

Business owners receive support at two levels:

• AI agents that assist with account management, finance, inbox management and sales follow-up
• an AI board that reviews commitments against progress, identifies potential risks and provides a structured forum for business decision-making.

The platform includes governance controls such as human approval before customer-facing actions, spending limits, audit trails and the ability to disable AI activities when required. Customers use their own AI key and retain the relationship with their chosen AI provider.
