Laveeka Pty Ltd

Laveeka lockup navy 1600w

Laveeka is a technology consultancy that builds proprietary AI and automation systems for people-intensive and task-intensive businesses. Incorporated in New South Wales in August 2026 and based in Sydney, the company develops bespoke systems within a client's existing environment, with clients retaining ownership of the code, logic and intellectual property.

Engagements follow a structured approach:

  • Diagnose: A senior-led review of how work happens, using process mining, shadowing and systems analysis. The review identifies operational constraints, estimates their impact and establishes a baseline before changes are made
  • Build: AI and automation systems are developed within the client's existing environment and designed to extend current platforms rather than replace them. For organisation-wide opportunities, this may include Cortex, an intelligence layer that operates over a client's data lake to help capture decisions, exceptions and outcomes as an organisational asset
  • Adopt: Systems are introduced within the tools employees already use, supported by in-application guidance and phased implementation. Adoption is measured against the established baseline, and systems are refined where needed
  • Governance: Access controls, audit trails and approval processes are incorporated throughout implementation.

Recruitment and staffing is Laveeka's primary industry focus, reflecting the founders' experience in the sector. The company also works with organisations in professional services, engineering and hospitality, and applies its approach in environments that combine people-intensive processes with high transaction volumes.

Laveeka was founded by Vincent Brown, previously International Zone Vice President at Robert Half and Global Head of Contract at Morgan McKinley, and Richard Polan, who spent a decade in enterprise technology. SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certification are in progress.
