Inneurva is an Australian-based MedTech company building software to support the medical device ecosystem. The company addresses issues associated with fragmented medical devices, including clinical errors, alarm fatigue and equipment downtime.

Its core solution, the MedGemma Sentinel project, provides a device‑agnostic AI software layer that operates on top of existing hardware. By integrating live data streams into a unified system, the platform enables medical devices to be monitored and analysed collectively. The software filters non‑actionable alarms, supports identification of potential equipment issues, and provides real‑time, multimodal clinical guidance using a proprietary medical device manuals dataset.

Inneurva was founded by clinician‑engineers and participates in the Microsoft for Startups program. The technology is designed to operate across hospitals, clinics and home care environments without requiring hardware replacement.
