Infoxchange is a not-for-profit social enterprise using technology to drive social justice. With over 140 staff across Australia and New Zealand, we’ve been tackling major social challenges for 35 years - from homelessness and family violence to mental health, disability and digital inclusion.

We work with community, government and corporate partners to support First Nations communities, women, youth and families. Our tools are used by more than 35,000 services to improve efficiency and deliver greater impact - from national coordination systems to tailored IT advice.

Through our Digital Transformation Hub, we help not-for-profits adopt AI safely and effectively. Our AI upskilling program includes:

We focus on practical, ethical AI that improves service delivery, data management and client engagement. Our training helps staff and volunteers understand AI’s potential, navigate risks and apply tools to real-world challenges.

We also help organisations overcome common barriers like limited technical expertise and resource constraints. Our support includes:

• Strengthening governance
• Building internal capability
