We are a digital consultancy that focuses on the customer journey, working closely with clients to understand how their customers shop and what they need to do to stay ahead of the competition.
We cover all digital channels and are particularly focused on how AI is impacting the customer journey and changing how consumers engage with brands. We work with clients to ensure each channel plays its role in nurturing users to conversion. AI has become a large part of this journey – from how we communicate with customers, to how we synthesise data, to the channels they engage with (such as LLMs).
We simplify this process for our clients, drawing on our expertise to help them leverage AI tools to drive more revenue. For example, by understanding how customers use LLMs to research, compare and buy products.
We produce an annual report on AI in the online retail industry, studying how shoppers use AI to buy, and we are rolling this out to the travel industry.
