Education Excellence Australia designs and delivers tailored professional learning for teachers and schools.

We aim to drive whole-school improvement by strengthening teacher pedagogy and practice. Drawing on our combined experience in teaching, leadership and research across all sectors and levels, we use contemporary educational evidence to design professional learning that fits your school’s context and needs.

Education Excellence Australia was founded by Jemma, Sam and Brendan after two years working together as Expert Teachers in Residence at the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership. During this time, they delivered the Teaching Excellence Program and led professional learning in literacy, generative artificial intelligence, and critical and creative thinking across Victoria.

Using generative AI effectively takes more than curiosity - it takes expertise, intention and practice. Our hands-on, evidence-informed professional learning program helps teachers and school leaders deepen their understanding of GenAI and transform their teaching. Participants explore how schools can purposefully integrate GenAI into practice to support meaningful, sustainable change.
