DrawingHub is an engineering document management solution that helps asset-intensive organisations manage engineering drawings throughout operations and maintenance. The platform is designed for organisations transitioning from project delivery into operational environments, where drawing records can become fragmented, inconsistent and difficult to maintain over time.

DrawingHub uses artificial intelligence (AI) and human validation to extract, validate and improve engineering drawing metadata at scale. The platform helps organisations:

• extract metadata from engineering drawings
• improve drawing quality and consistency
• identify and resolve metadata gaps and errors
• increase the findability of engineering documents
• support audit and compliance requirements
• maintain trusted engineering records throughout the asset lifecycle.

DrawingHub is used by organisations in mining, energy, utilities and infrastructure sectors to reduce operational risk and improve access to critical engineering information. The platform combines AI-powered processing with human-in-the-loop validation to balance efficiency and accuracy, and is being integrated with engineering document management systems including Meridian, RedEye, ProjectWise and SharePoint.

The solution is hosted in AWS Sydney and is aligned with Australian security and governance frameworks, including the Information Security Manual (ISM), Essential Eight and IRAP-related requirements.
