At the centre of that journey is the Confident AI Professional, a practical program built on the Australian Government AI Technical Standard, designed to support responsible and accountable use of AI.

LEEP culminates in an activation plan that is ready to implement. From there, intelligent systems can be introduced to assist with high-volume, repetitive coordination work that currently consumes staff time and attention. The intent is to free people to focus on decisions, relationships and judgement-based work, while supporting more efficient organisational operations.
