DataDesk AU builds practical AI systems for Australian small and medium businesses.
The main product is an AI receptionist. It answers calls 24 hours a day, captures caller details, books jobs and follows up enquiries. Missed calls can be captured and managed through existing business processes.

The organisation also:

The founder brings 20 years of experience working with data, including clinical systems and HL7 integration in Australian hospitals, as well as SQL, VBA and Python. DataDesk AU focuses on building AI solutions that work with existing business data and processes rather than operating separately from them.

We start with the work a business already does. We map how calls, enquiries and data move through it today. Then we find the steps AI can take over safely.

Most clients begin with one problem, and missed calls are the common one. We deploy an AI receptionist that answers, captures the caller's details and books the job. It runs on ElevenLabs and n8n, connected to the tools the business already uses.

We build a human checkpoint into every deployment. The AI does not quote, commit to a price or confirm a booking without a person reviewing it first. Owners stay in control of what their business promises.

We then extend into the data behind the process. That covers lead follow-up, dashboards and reporting, Excel automation, and migration between systems that were never built to talk to each other.

We explain what the technology can and cannot do, in plain terms. We also tell clients when AI is the wrong answer. A small business adopting AI for the first time needs honest scoping more than it needs more features.
