Connect Your Way is a Canberra-based technology company founded and led by Sean Yongwoo Cho. The company builds and operates AI systems for small and medium-sized businesses across the ACT, New South Wales and Victoria.

Connect Your Way develops its own software rather than reselling white-label products. The chatbot on its website is the same system deployed for clients, allowing prospective customers to test it before committing. Its configurator, client portal and automation tools are built and hosted on Cloudflare's edge platform and use Anthropic's Claude models where language understanding is required.

The company works with trades, clinics, hospitality businesses and professional services organisations, particularly those without internal IT teams. Deployments are staged, tested and reversible, with a documented rollback process for each step.

Many clients are new to AI and prefer to evaluate a system before committing to it. Projects typically begin with a discovery session to identify a single process for improvement, such as unanswered calls, slow quoting processes or inbox management. The selected solution is scoped, quoted at a fixed price and then built.

Each system is configured using the client's own information, including services, operating hours, pricing rules, communication style and escalation requirements. The system is tested against real enquiries before being deployed on the client's website or phone line. The company's website chatbot is offered free for the first month so clients can assess it in use.
