Calabash Solutions has strived to Cultivate Care since 2016. Co‑located on the NSW South Coast and in metropolitan Sydney, this duality enriches our work. Regional NSW faces disproportionate impacts from climate breakdown, underinvestment in healthcare, education and digital infrastructure, and limited employment opportunities. In metropolitan Sydney, benefits of urban living are unevenly distributed while disadvantages cluster in southwestern and western communities. Calabash Solutions welcomes opportunities to improve lives so that a more equitable, healthier and happier future is possible for all.

Calabash Solutions, trading as The Trustee for Calabash Family Trust, has three female directors with 75 years of combined experience in AI, privacy, technology and compliance; applied psychology, human‑centred design and research; and financial accounting and business management.
