AQi is an Australian company driving responsible AI adoption across Oceania and Southeast Asia. We partner with leading global innovators in AI and quantum computing and develop patented technologies that reduce energy use in data centres, supporting sustainable digital infrastructure.

We currently operate two joint ventures:

• Guardrail Technologies – A suite of tools that helps organisations implement AI responsibly, with a focus on governance, transparency and ethical use.
• Ritheum Systems – Patented solutions that cut data centre energy consumption by over 70%, removing the need for cooling and false flooring. These technologies can retrofit existing sites or unlock new opportunities for brownfield development.
