ANTSA

ANTSA is an Australian‑built software platform that supports registered mental health practitioners to extend therapeutic care between sessions. Founded by clinical psychologist Sally‑Anne McCormack, ANTSA is designed for sensitive clinical environments where trust, privacy and human judgement are essential.
ANTSA uses clinician‑supervised AI to support, not replace, practitioners:
- clinical workflows – AI assists with session notes, psychoeducation, homework and mood tracking to reduce administrative burden
- between‑session support – a client‑facing AI agent provides structured support within boundaries set by the treating clinician
- governance and safety – all AI operates under clinician control, with full oversight, adjustable settings and review capabilities.
All data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers in Australia, is not used to train external AI systems, and remains under the control of practitioners and their clients. ANTSA also supports practices with consent, data sovereignty and responsible AI use aligned with clinical and regulatory expectations.
