Ai Her Way

Ai Her Way is an ethics-led AI consultancy helping organisations adopt AI with clarity, capability and strong governance. Founded by Dr Nici Sweaney, an internationally recognised ethical AI strategist, we work across education, government, industry and the social sector to ensure AI is used responsibly, strategically and with long-term impact in mind.
Our work spans AI capability building, executive advisory, workflow and systems design, governance and policy development, and whole-of-organisation transformation programmes. We specialise in translating complex AI concepts into practical, confident daily use, equipping leaders and teams to innovate without compromising ethics, safety or human-centred values.
Dr Sweaney is a sought-after keynote speaker, having presented for the United Nations, TEDx, Paramount+, WWF, Canon, the Australian Government and global conferences including SXSW Sydney. She has been named one of Microsoft News’ Top 10 Trailblazing Entrepreneurs in AI and is featured in the 2025 Forbes Women issue for her contribution to ethical AI leadership.
Our mission is to democratise ethical AI capability by ensuring organisations are not just using AI, but using it well. We help leaders build systems that are equitable, sustainable and future-ready, so AI enhances the people and communities they serve.
Ai Her Way works with organisations across enterprise, education, government and social-impact sectors to build ethical, practical and future-ready AI capability. We deliver a full suite of services that support teams at every stage of their AI journey.
We offer workshops, professional development days and keynote speaking engagements globally, helping teams build literacy, confidence and ethical guardrails for day-to-day use. Our sessions are practical, industry-specific and designed to meet people where they are, whether they are beginners or already experimenting with AI-enabled workflows.
For organisations needing deeper support, we provide executive coaching, strategic advisory and hands-on implementation. This includes workflow mapping, tool and platform selection, AI-enabled process design, governance and policy development, and structured guidance on integrating AI safely across teams and systems.
For those ready for a more comprehensive approach, our AI Capability and Transformation Programme delivers full-scale organisational adoption. This includes capability building, leadership alignment, risk and governance frameworks, co-built automations and long-term operational design.
Across all services, our focus is simple: to help organisations adopt AI responsibly and effectively, with clarity, confidence and structures that endure.
