AI and Society

AI and Society is an Australian community and consultancy focused on building AI literacy across technology and non-technology sectors.

Founded in Brisbane in January 2025, it has grown to a community of more than 3,000 members across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide. It connects professionals, leaders and community members interested in understanding and applying AI in practical ways.

AI and Society delivers events including seminars, workshops, roundtables, practice labs and community sessions. Each session is themed, facilitated and designed to build practical understanding of how AI impacts people, places and industries.

The consultancy supports businesses, government agencies and community organisations at key decision points. This includes understanding the implications of AI, engaging teams in the conversation and approaching adoption in a structured and responsible way.
